Punch pizza was born in 2010 with a single, unwavering belief: that truly great pizza starts with exceptional ingredients, centuries-old technique, and an obsessive attention to detail. Our founder Marco Castellano left his family kitchen in Naples with a worn notebook of recipes and a burning desire to share authentic pizza with the people of United States.
From our first wood-fired oven at our St. Louis Park location, every pie we craft reflects that original vision. We stone-mill our own flour, ferment our dough for a minimum of 72 hours, and source tomatoes directly from San Marzano growers who share our standards. Every ingredient has a story — and every pizza tells it.
Today, Punch pizza is recognized across the Twin Cities as a destination for handcrafted, Neapolitan-inspired pizza. But our mission remains exactly as it was on day one: to serve the most honest, most delicious punch pizza you've ever tasted.
